flat fee per job, and increase your pay rate
based on your efficiency and quality.

Our pay starts at $14/hr when you are training and then it will go up regularly.
If you have professional training and experience, let us know. We can adjust your starting rate accordingly.
Our training period will be between 1 to 3 weeks. After graduation from our training, your salary goes up and then at 90 days and every 6 months!
